The ADEX-RS System
The ADEX-RS system is an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) designed to improve facade protection, energy efficiency, and appearance. It combines insulation, waterproofing, and an acrylic finish to provide a durable exterior wall cladding.
The system includes a water-resistive barrier, expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation, and a drainage system that allows moisture to evacuate behind the cladding. A reinforced base coat with fiberglass mesh is then applied before the acrylic finish, creating a strong and aesthetically pleasing facade.

Acrylic EIFS Installation Process
1. Surface preparation
We begin by carefully preparing the existing wall to ensure a solid base for the EIFS system. Surfaces are cleaned and inspected, and any cracks or imperfections are repaired to create a stable substrate for the installation.
3. Reinforced Base Coat Application
A base coat is applied over the insulation with embedded fiberglass mesh. This layer strengthens the system, improves impact resistance, and creates a uniform surface for the finish.
2. Installation of the Water-Resistive Barrier and Insulation
A weather barrier membrane is applied to protect the structure from water infiltration. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation panels are then installed and secured mechanically or with specialized adhesive.
4. Acrylic Finish Application and Inspection
An acrylic finish is applied according to the selected texture and color. This final layer protects the facade from weather while providing a durable aesthetic appearance. A final inspection ensures the installation meets EIFS system standards.
